After more than three decades in business, the leadership team recognized that the brand no longer reflected the company’s evolution and sought a clearer, more contemporary expression of its capabilities and market position.
Working collaboratively with the leadership team, the process focused on clarifying what the brand should communicate and where it needed to evolve. A new identity system and supporting communications framework were developed to strengthen consistency across customer touch points and create a foundation for future growth. The refreshed brand debuted at a major industry trade show before being extended across print, digital, environmental, and sales communications.
