Working closely with founder Seth Taylor, CCDESIGN helped develop a distinctive brand system for a growing specialty coffee company. The challenge was to create a premium brand experience that remained approachable while helping customers navigate a diverse and evolving coffee offering.
A collection-based framework organized products around flavour profiles rather than technical coffee terminology, making it easier for customers to discover coffees aligned with their preferences. The system extended across packaging, digital channels, merchandise, promotional materials, and customer-facing materials, creating consistency across every touchpoint.
As the business grew, the brand evolved alongside it — supporting new products, subscription offerings, wholesale opportunities, and customer experiences while remaining authentic to Seth’s passion for exceptional coffee.
